DEBORAH TRACEY LEYLAND

My name is Deborah, I have my own business in counselling and have a number of clients at the moment who come to see me with a range of mental health issues. I also work in a hospital part-time as a healthcare working in the Opthamology department. I am a health and well-being Champion there to I support staff and signpost them to different agencies. I also volunteer for 7 CUPS which is a texting in charity where people from all over the world text in with different issues , I listen and support. My passion for helping others navigatie life`s challenges through effective therapeutic techiniques truly drives my work. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to find healing and growth. That`s why I focus on creating a supportive and non-judgemental environment, allowing clients to feel safe and understood.
