I work with children and young people with special needs, designing intervention plans, and helping families and multidisciplinary teams understand what's driving a child's behavior.
My background is in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and functional behavior assessment, with three years of clinical experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and intellectual disabilities in a specialist therapy setting.
I'm currently seeking Behavior Specialist or Assistant Psychologist roles within CDNT or disability services in Ireland. If you're a recruiter, hiring manager, or team lead in the sector, I'd welcome a conversation.
