About

My ideal clients are people ready to make space for themselves and engage at their own pace, because counselling is a journey and I am here to walk it with you. I have a particular interest in grief and bereavement, and in supporting people who have worked in the police; as a former Met officer, I understand the job first hand. I also support young people aged 16 and over with the complexities of growing up today, and have experience of neurodiversity and home education. I am LGBTQ+ friendly, with training/family experience in this area. I work alone, with regular supervision. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk through what is weighing on you. I specialise in grief and bereavement (I volunteer for Cruse Bereavement), and in supporting current and former police and first responders. I also support young people aged 16 and over, including those who are neurodivergent or home educated (I have personal experience). Reaching out for support can feel daunting, and taking that first step takes courage. Whether you are grieving, carrying the weight of a difficult job, or finding life as a young person overwhelming, you do not have to face it alone. If you feel ready to talk, I would be glad to hear from you and answer any questions. I hold a current enhanced DBS
